TransformaTech’s Remote Infrastructure Monitoring (RIM) services provides alerting and objective 3rd party analysis of systems and applications, including log analysis and management.
Overview of Process and Activities:
- When alertable events take place, monitoring team provides event data to help desk and engineering teams
- When engineering or help desk are troubleshooting a problem, the monitoring team will provide supporting evidence through event and log analysis, including architecture specific data such as XenApp user behavior and virtual server performance
- Reports will be provided showing performance, failure/alert, and usage trends
- Reporting and evidence will be provided in support of IT Operations meetings/designated meetings
- Client defined reporting will be provided: management, operations reports, etc.
